Keep Your Bathroom Mirror From Fogging With Shaving Cream
· Mark Mendenhall
Stepping out of the shower to a mirror you can't use is a small daily annoyance with a funny little fix: shaving cream.
How to do it
- Put a dollop of white foaming shaving cream (not gel) on a soft cloth.
- Spread a thin, even layer over the whole mirror.
- Buff it off with a clean dry cloth until the glass is perfectly clear.
The residue left behind keeps steam from condensing into fog. It lasts a couple of weeks, and it works on car windshields and bathroom windows too. When the fog starts creeping back, just reapply. Cheap, easy, and it smells decent.
