Refund policy

Digital products (PDFs, EPUBs and other downloads) are delivered instantly after checkout. If a file won't open, arrives corrupted, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you — your choice. Because digital files can't be returned, all other digital sales are final. Printed copies and physical items: if your item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. For an unopened physical item you changed your mind about, contact us within 30 days to arrange a return; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Contact us any time at armortecshield@gmail.com — a person reads every message.
