Santa Countdown Board Kids Woodworking Project PDF | Days Till Christmas Craft Pattern Full-Size Templates | DIY Advent eBook
Product details
Description
A 9x12 inch board with a Santa your kids paint themselves — hat, brim, peach face, sponge-dabbed beard — and a set of wooden number tiles they hang on the beard pegs every morning to count down the days till Christmas. It counts 0 to 29, so it can start right after Thanksgiving, and on Christmas morning the 0 tile swaps for the gold star.
Grown-ups cut the board and tiles and drill the peg holes; kids sand, paint Santa from the face map, stencil the 'DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS' lettering (true-size stencil included), and paint all the number tiles. Then the countdown ritual is theirs, every morning, all December.
Inside: the grown-up / kid job split, tools and materials list, five illustrated steps in full color, Template A (Santa face map plus the true-size lettering stencil), Templates B–C (all 15 tiles — 13 number tiles, the gold star, and a blank rescue spare — at true 2-3/8 inch size with peg marks), a troubleshooting table, and a checklist with a project record page.
Perfect for families starting a countdown tradition, grandparents building with grandkids over Thanksgiving weekend, and teachers. Ages 4+ with help, 7+ mostly solo after cutting. Safety notes (pegs cured a full day, loose-tile warning for toddler houses) are printed in the guide.
This is a digital download. You'll receive a PDF eBook (14 pages, full color) instantly after purchase. No physical item will be shipped, and no materials are included — the guide walks you through the project with supplies you likely already have.
Materials needed: Pine board or 3/4 inch stock (9 x 12 in board) · Scrap stock for 15 number tiles · Dowel pegs · Non-toxic acrylic craft paint · Sandpaper and sanding block · Small storage pouch or box (for spare tiles)
